What you'll be doing

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist, who’s ready to take ownership of recruitment to help Movify become the leading consultancy in AI & Digital Products.‍

‍Source top talents via LinkedIn InMails and Sourcing Calls
Interview candidates and inspire them to join the Movify team‍
Evaluate and qualify candidates to ensure both skill and cultural fit‍
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline in digital, data & AI expertises
Review applications, follow-up on candidates and give feedbacks‍
Prepare Movify CVs and candidate presentations to be shared with clients‍
Collaborate directly with the Business Development team to answer clients needs

Skills & qualifications

‍3–5 years of experience with minimum 2 years in a recruiting role
Strong business sense : you are driven by results and relish challenges
Natural connector : you inspire and motivate candidates during interviews
You have a keen interest for the digital world and its expertise
Bonus point: you have experience in Data & AI recruitment‍
Perfect command of Dutch and/or French with excellent English‍
You are a doer : you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and make things happen
You are energetic and autonomous, with a strong self-driven mindset
